On June 4, 2019 at approximately 2:55 a.m., New York State Police at Ithaca arrested Alexander S. Mosher, age 29 of Enfield, NY for the felony of Menacing in the first degree.

Troopers were dispatched to a domestic dispute at a residence on Mecklenburg Road in the town of Newfield.  An investigation at the scene revealed that Mosher was involved in a physical altercation with a relative and several other people.  During the argument, it’s alleged that Mosher menaced a relative with a kitchen knife putting the relative in fear.  Mosher was subsequently arrested for menacing.  A further investigation revealed that Mosher had been previously convicted of Menacing on two other occasions.  Mosher was subsequently arraigned in the town of Newfield court and remanded to the Tompkins County Jail on no bail.
