Schenectady man enters a residence and is arrested for Criminal Trespass

PRESS RELEASE

On June 14, 2019, Troopers from the New Scotland Station arrested 32-year-old Michael R. Toich for the Misdemeanors of Criminal Trespass 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree. 

At approximately 3:20 a.m., Troopers received a 911 call for a man who illegally entered a residence in the Town of Rensselaerville.  Troopers responded and found Toich in the kitchen of the occupied residence.  Toich was placed under arrest for Criminal Trespass 2nd degree.  A search of his vehicle located a quantity of crack cocaine.

Toich was processed for the above charges and released to appear in court at a later date.
