Martville man gets arrested for driving while intoxicated.

PRESS RELEASE

On June 14, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested David F. Holland, 72, of Martville, New York for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08%, moving from the lane unsafely and failure to use designated lane.

Holland was stopped on State Route 38 in the Town of Sterling for moving from the lane unsafely and failing to use designated lane.  He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests.  Holland was transported to SP Wolcott where he provided a breath sample of .16% BAC.  He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Sterling Court on July 17, 2019.
