The State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in Clifton Park arrested 51-year-old Cheng Chang Dong of Albany, NY for Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd degree.

On June 5, 2019 SP Clifton Park BCI and Uniform Patrols executed a Search Warrant at “Sisters Body Works” located at 1741 State Route 9, Suite 103, Clifton Park, New York. The search of the recently opened business which provides Massage Therapy services revealed surveillance cameras hidden discretely inside of smoke detectors. These cameras were located in private massage rooms where patrons would be unaware of the surveillance.

On June 19, 2019 Cheng Chang Dong appeared at SP Clifton Park for arrest processing and was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Clifton Park Court pending future court proceedings.
