Cheektowaga, NY woman arrested for Felony DWI following a traffic stop on the Thruway.

Buffalo, NY – On June 21, 2019, at approximately 10:56 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the city of Buffalo for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Brandi M. Schramm, 40 of Cheektowaga, NY, was found to be intoxicated. Schramm was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where she refused to submit to a breath test to determine the alcohol content in her system.
Additionally, Schramm has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with Driving While Intoxicated; a Class D Felony and multiple Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Schramm was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on July 5, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
