Syracuse woman arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. more than four times the legal limit on the Thruway.

Dewitt, NY – On June 22, 2019 at approximately 7:52 p.m., State Police discovered a disabled vehicle, stopped partially in the right lane, on I-90 in the town of Dewitt. While interviewing the driver, Lisa M. Colmey, 49, of Syracuse, NY, she was found to be intoxicated. Colmey was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Syracuse where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .33%.
Colmey was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and numerous vehicle and traffic violations. She was released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Dewitt Court on July 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
