New Jersey man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

Brooklyn, New York – On July 7, 2019, at approximately 2:40 a.m., Troopers from SP Brooklyn arrested Jimmy Tessier, age 36, of Somerset, New Jersey, for Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor.
The Troopers were patrolling the Hugh L. Carey Tunnel and conducted a traffic stop on a white-colored 2011 BMW 528i, operated by Tessier, for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. The investigation into the incident found Tessier to be impaired by alcohol, and he was subsequently arrested.
Tessier was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and remanded to Brooklyn Central Booking pending arraignment.
