State Police in Queensbury arrested Ryan M. Leclair, 40, of Wilton, NY for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in the Town of Queensbury on July 9, 2019. While on patrol on, Troopers were on Interstate 87 observing traffic in the area of exit 18 when they observed a black Toyota Highlander speeding. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and during the interview of the driver, Leclair admitted to consuming alcohol. Subsequently, he was given several standard field sobriety tests and arrested for DWI. He was later tested to have a 0.15% blood alcohol concentration. Leclair had already been previously convicted of DWI within the past 10 years so that makes this arrest a felony. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Queensbury Court on July 15, 2019.
