Brunswick Troopers arrested a woman this week while she attempted to cash a forged check at the Brunswick Key Bank.  Yudelka Almonte-Lecler, 39, of Albany, was intercepted by Troopers as she tried to cash the check.  Key Bank employees became suspicious when they noticed that the account number on the payroll check appeared to be fraudulent, and called police.  Almonte-Lecler was taken into custody without incident and charged with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd degree, a Felony, and Attempted Petit Larceny, a Misdemeanor.  She was arraigned in the Town of Brunswick Court by Honorable Town Justice G. Lawrence Kronau.  She is due to appear in court at a later date.
