Brasher man arrested for falsely reporting a larceny

On July 7, 2019, State Police arrested 38-year-old Benjamin L. Marsh of Brasher for falsely reporting to State Police that his vehicle, a 1993 Ford F250 dump truck, was stolen. He was charged with Making a False Written Statement and issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and two license plate violations. He was released with tickets returnable to Brasher Town Court.
