Randolph residents charged with Drug Possession

PRESS RELEASE
 
On July 20th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Monique Knuth, 29, of Randolph, for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Rodney Walters, 33, of Randolph, for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.  Knuth was also charged with Possession of Controlled Substances by ultimate users Original Container. 

Walters was pulled over on Main Street in Randolph for a traffic violation and a check of Walters' license revealed that his driving privileges were suspended.  Further investigation revealed that Walters was in possession of three bags of methamphetamine and passenger Knuth was in possession of a vape cartridge containing THC oil, a crack pipe containing residue and a bag with four hydrocodone pills.  Both Knuth and Walters were placed under arrest, processed at SP Jamestown and released with appearance tickets directing them to appear in the town of Randolph Court next month.
