Connecticut man arrested for Aggravated DWI in Queensbury

State Police in Queensbury arrested James J. Dodd, 46, of Simsbury, CT for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in the Town of Queensbury on August 7, 2019. While on patrol on, Troopers were on State route 9 when they observed a white Ford Edge parked in the travel lane. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and during the interview of the driver, Dodd admitted to consuming alcohol. Subsequently, he was given several standard field sobriety tests and arrested for DWI. He was later tested to have a 0.20% blood alcohol concentration. He was scheduled to appear in the Town of Queensbury Court on August 12, 2019.
