Geneva woman gets arrested for driving while ability impaired.

On August 16, 2019, Troopers out of SP Lyons arrested Jasmine L. Oconnell, 28, of Geneva, New York for driving while ability impaired by drugs, moving from the lane unsafely, failure to keep right, failure to use designated lane, driving to the left of pavement markings and driving across hazard markings.
Troopers responded to a property damage accident on State Route 14 in the Town of Lyons. Oconnell was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. She was transported to SP Lyons for processing. Oconnell was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Lyons Court on August 27, 2019.
