PRESS RELEASE

On August 18, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Marleigh E. Kelly, 20, of Syracuse, New York for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended, operating a motor vehicle without valid insurance, improper plates and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Kelly was stopped on State Route 370 in the Town of Victory for having a suspended registration.  She was found to be driving on a suspended license and in possession of a baggie containing marijuana and a grinder containing marijuana residue.  Kelly was arraigned in the Town of Victory Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail.  She is scheduled to reappear on August 21, 2019.
