Man arrested for public Lewdness

On Monday September 9th, New York State Police were called to The America’s Best Value Inn located in the Town of Erwin for a report of a man exposing himself in a lewd manner. Police interviewed the motel cleaners who told police that a man exited the laundry room with himself exposed and touching himself in an inappropriate manner. State Police interviewed a man, Aaron Cyprett, age 24 of West Plains, Missouri. Cyprett appeared to be intoxicated and told police he had consumed eight beers that morning. Cyprett was arrested for public lewdness and issued an appearance ticket to appear at the Town of Erwin court at a later date.
