Pennsylvania woman arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. more than twice the legal limit on the Thruway.

Cheektowaga, NY – On September 8, 2019 at approximately 8:00 a.m., State Police received a report of an erratic operator traveling eastbound on I-90 in the town of Cheektowaga.  Troopers observed the vehicle and stopped the car for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
 
The driver, Alyssa B. Perry, 21, of Erie, PA, was found to be intoxicated.  She was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP Buffalo where her blood alcohol content was determined to be .19%. 
 
Perry was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and released to a sober third party with appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Cheektowaga Court on September 16, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
