Weedsport man gets arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation.

PRESS RELEASE

On September 7, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Eric B. Miller, 25, of Weedsport, New York for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating in violation of restrictions and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Troopers responded to a disturbance on Weedsport Sennett Road.  Miller was found to be driving on a suspended license and in possession of a baggie containing marijuana.  He was arraigned in the Town of Sennett Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash/$4,000 bond.  Miller is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Brutus Court on September 10, 2019.
