PRESS RELEASE

On September 7, 2019, Troopers out of SP Auburn arrested Debra L. Simmons, 44, of Seneca Falls, New York for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and Brett T. Roeder, 22, of Auburn, New York for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without valid insurance, no child restraint, a seat belt violation and failure to notify DMV of an address change.

Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Clark Street Road in the Town of Montezuma.  Simmons and Roeder were both found to be driving on suspended licenses.  Both were issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Montezuma Court on November 6, 2019.
