Freedom man arrested for felony DWI in Angelica wrong-way incident On September 15, 2019, SP Amity Troopers arrested Colin B. Vosburg, 32, of Freedom, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – Previous Conviction Within Ten Years, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC of 0.18% or More, Reckless Driving, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on a Highway, Driving Wrong Direction on a One-Way Street, and other traffic violations. Troopers responded to a report of a vehicle traveling east in the westbound lanes of Interstate 86 in the town of Angelica located Vosburg’s vehicle parked in the median in the town of Angleica. They determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Vosburg was then arrested and transported to SP Amity, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.20% BAC. Vosburg was arraigned in Friendship Town Court, where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond. He is due to appear in Angelica Town Court later this month.
