08 October 2019 Two arrested for violating protection orders against each other NEW YORK STATE POLICE

On October 6, 2019, State Police in Brunswick arrested 25-year-old Troy J. Carroll of Troy, for Criminal Contempt 1st degree (E felony) and 30-year-old Sarah G. Bullock of Brunswick, for Criminal Contempt 2nd degree (A misdemeanor). At approximately 11:17 p.m. on Saturday, Troopers responded to a residence in Troy for a dispute between Troy Carroll and Sarah Bullock. Investigation revealed that both parties had an order of protection against one another, and both parties were in violation. Carroll and Bullock were processed at SP Brunswick and arraigned in Brunswick Town Court. Bullock was released on her own recognizance and is due back in court at a later date. Carroll was remanded to Rensselaer County Jail on $20,000 cash or bond.
