08 October 2019 Man charged after stealing over $5,000 worth of cigarettes from Wilton Walmart NEW YORK STATE POLICE

On October 8, 2019, State Police in Wilton arrested 41-year-old Anthony T. Moore of Rensselaer, for Burglary 3rd degree and Grand Larceny 3rd degree, both D felonies. Moore is accused of entering the Walmart in Wilton and stealing 500 packs of cigarettes. The total value of the products was over $5,000. Moore had previously been served an order that he was not allowed on the property. Moore was processed at SP Wilton and arraigned in Wilton Town Court. He is due back in court at a later date.
