Pair charged after Troopers find $2,000 worth of stolen clothing during stop

PRESS RELEASE

On October 8, 2019, State Police arrested 47-year-old Stephon Turner of Charlotte, NC, and 40-year-old Jasmine V. Pinn of Schenectady, each were charged with 3 counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property (A misdemeanor) and Conspiracy 6th degree (B misdemeanor).
 
Turner and Pinn were found in possession of approximately $2,000 worth of stolen clothing after Pinn was stopped for a traffic infraction while traveling on I-87 in Queensbury.
 
Further investigation revealed that the goods were taken from multiple stores at the Adirondack Factory Outlet Mall. Several of the items still had security tags attached.
 
Both subjects were taken into custody. They were processed at SP Queensbury, and transported to Warren County Jail to await arraignment.
