PRESS RELEASE
On October 13, 2019 Troopers observed a vehicle speeding on State Route 290 in the Town of Tonawanda.  The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Jennifer Conway, failed field sobriety tests.  Conway was driving with five juveniles in the car all of which were under 16, a Leandra's law violation.  Conway was arrested and transported to NYSP Clarence where she provided a breath sample of .19% BAC.  Conway was charged with aggravated DWI (Leandra's law) a Felony and endangering the welfare of a child.  Additionally, she was cited for speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd.  She was arraigned before Tonawanda Court and released after posting $1000 bail.
