Lewis man arrested for Felony DWI

On October 15, 2019, at approximately 3:50 p.m., State Police conducted a traffic stop on a male operating a Cub Cadet lawn mower southbound on State Route 9 in the town of Lewis, for driving on the wrong side of the road. The operator, Glen A. Hall, 63, of Lewis, was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI. His blood alcohol level was determined to be 0.17%. He was also found to have had prior convictions for DWI in the preceding ten years. Hall was charged with Felony DWI. He was arraigned in the Town of Lewis Court where he was released under the supervision of probation.
State Police were assisted by the Essex County Sheriff’s Department.
