NYC man arrested after trooper finds his license to be suspended 19 times

PRESS RELEASE

On October 2, 2019 at approximately 11:34 p.m., New York State Police at Whitney Point arrested Juan F. Nunez-Paulino, age 23 of New York, NY for the felony of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the first degree. 

A trooper traveling on State Route 79 in Lisle and initiated a traffic stop after she observed Nunez-Paulino commit vehicle and traffic violations.  After an investigation, the trooper learned that Nunez-Paulino driver’s license has been revoked due to multiple suspensions.  More specifically, his license had been suspended 19 times, a total of 16 scoffs over 10 dates.  Nunez-Paulino was arrested, processed then turned over to Broome County Central Arraignment and Processing.
