Hogansburg man arrested for felony DWI

PRESS RELEASE

 On November 1, 2019, at approximately 7:07 p.m., State Police arrested Cash K. Rich, 52, of Hogansburg, for Felony DWI after he was found operating erratically on State Route 37, in the town of Westville. Rich was stopped by U.S Border Patrol.
 
Rich’s blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.11%.  His driving privileges in New York were found to be suspended due to a DWI conviction in 2014. He was charged with Felony DWI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree (felony) and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd degree (misdemeanor). Rich was released on tickets returnable to the Town of Westville Court.
