Newark man gets arrested for felony driving while intoxicated.

On November 3, 2019, Troopers out of SP Williamson arrested Homero Guerrero-Preciado, 34, of Newark, New York for felony driving while intoxicated (previous conviction within ten years), operating a motor vehicle with a BAC greater than .08% and other traffic violations.
Guerrero-Preciado was stopped on State Route 104 in the Town of Ontario. He was placed under arrest after failing standard field sobriety tests. Guerrero-Preciado was transported to SP Williamson where he provided a breath sample of .15% BAC. He was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Ontario Court on November 12, 2019.
