Saratoga Springs man facing larceny charges

PRESS RELEASE

On November 6, 2019, State Police in Clifton Park arrested 31-year-old Shaun M. McQuiston, of Saratoga Springs, for Attempted Grand Larceny 4th degree (E felony).
 
State Police were contacted by the victim, who stated that they had found a pending fraudulent  charge to their checking account of over $2,000. Subsequent investigation revealed that McQuiston, who was known to the victim, had used their checking account information without their knowledge or permission, to pay bills.
 
McQuiston was processed at SP Clifton Park, and arraigned in Clifton Park Town Court. He is due back on November 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
