Accident investigation leads to a Felony DWI arrest of a Buffalo man.

Buffalo, NY – On November 9, 2019, at approximately 2:30 a.m., State Police responded to a one car motor vehicle accident on I-190 in the city of Buffalo. The uninjured driver, Corey D. Perry, 27, of Buffalo, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license. Perry was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be a .14%.
Additionally, Perry has two DWI convictions within the last 10 years and was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Class D Felony and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; a Class E Felony.
Perry was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Buffalo Court on November 25, 2019 at 9:30 a.m.
