White Plains, NY man arrested for Felony DWI with a B.A.C more than twice the legal limit.

Port Chester, NY – On November 10, 2019, at approximately 2:30 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on Boston Post Rd in the village of Port Chester for a vehicle and traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Silvano A. Perez Garcia, 53, of White Plains, NY, was found to be intoxicated.
He was taken into custody, transported, and processed at SP New Rochelle where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.20%. Additionally, Garcia has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and is required to operate a vehicle with an ignition interlock device. As a result, Garcia was subsequently charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; a Class E Felony, Operating a Motor Vehicle with no Ignition Interlock Device; a Class A Misdemeanor, and numerous Vehicle and Traffic Violations.
Garcia was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Port Chester Court on December 6, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
