14 November 2019 Ashville man charged with DWI  NEW YORK STATE POLICE
Major Edward J. Kennedy Troop A Commander PRESS RELEASE
On November 14th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested David Pugh, 61, of Ashville, for Driving while Intoxicated. The Troopers responded to I-86 in Kennedy for a report of a vehicle off the road. The driver, Pugh, was placed under arrest after failing several SFSTs and transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .16. Pugh was then processed, issued tickets and released. Pugh is scheduled to appear in the town of Poland Court later in the month.
