On November 11, 2019, State Police in Queensbury arrested 24-year-old Daniel M. Moye of Schenectady, for  two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree (B felony), Tampering with Physical Evidence (E felony) and 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor). Troopers also charged 35-year-old Kenny W. Mallory of Argyle and Shaquille J. Daniels of Schenectady, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th degree (A misdemeanor).
At approximately 1:40 a.m. on Monday, State Police stopped a vehicle operated by Shaquille Daniels as he travelled down Broadway in Fort Edward, for a traffic infraction. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed that Daniel Moye, who was a passenger, was in possession of approximately 14.6 grams of crack cocaine, and a quantity of concentrated cannabis. Kenny Mallory, who was also a passenger, and Daniels, were placed in custody after Troopers found a quantity of concentrated cannabis in the vehicle. All three men were transported to SP Queensbury for processing.
Moye was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Part and remanded to Washington County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash or $50, 000 bond. Daniels and Mallory were both issued appearance tickets and are due in Fort Edward Town Court on November 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m.
