18 November 2019 Rochester man arrested for Felony DWI on the Thruway. ![]() NEW YORK STATE POLICE
Major Douglas R. Keyer Jr. Troop T Commander PRESS RELEASE Sullivan, NY – On November 16, 2019, at approximately 9:15 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Sullivan. The driver of the vehicle, Eugene F. Neal II, 31, of Rochester, NY, was found to be intoxicated and had a suspended license. Neal was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be .09%. Additionally, Neal has a prior DWI conviction within the last 10 years and as a result, he was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree; both Class E Felonies. Neal was arraigned before the Town of Lenox Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond. He is due back in the Town of Sullivan Court on November 19, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
