Connecticut man arrested for DWI with a B.A.C. over twice the legal limit following a traffic stop on the Thruway.

Rye, NY – On November 16, 2019, at approximately 4:35 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-287 in the city of Rye for a vehicle and traffic stop. The driver of the vehicle, Fernando J. Reynoso, 30, of Stamford, CT, was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP New Rochelle where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%.
Reynoso was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor was turned over to a sober third party. He was released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of Rye Court on November 27, 2019 at 9:00 a.m.
