PRESS RELEASE
 
On November 25, 2019  Troopers out of the Olean barracks made a vehicle and traffic stop shortly after midnight.  The initial investigation revealed that the operator, who identified herself as Joanne Jones of Jamestown, NY, was driving while ability impaired by drugs.  It was later determined that the female was actually Little Angel Goodwill of Cattaraugus, NY.  Ms. Goodwill was issued tickets returnable to the Town of Carrolton Court for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. 

On November 28, 2019, Ms. Goodwill was involved in an accident and again used the information of Mrs. Jones with the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department.  Ms. Goodwill was arraigned for both incidents and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
