Traffic stop leads to arrest of Limestone resident

On December 7th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Brandan Willoughby, 28, of Limestone, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree.
The Troopers pulled over a vehicle on I-86 in Stow for speeding and during the traffic stop, Willoughby, the passenger, was found to be in possession of three bags containing amphetamine and a switchblade. Willoughby was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed. Willoughby was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court on a later date. The driver was issued a speeding ticket.
