Clifton Park man charged with DWI, almost four times legal limit

PRESS RELEASE

On January 11, 2020, State Police in Clifton Park arrested 35-year-old Christopher M. Russell for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
 
Shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, State Police responded to Moe Road in Clifton Park for a report of a one-car property damage auto accident. Troopers located the vehicle and upon speaking with the driver, Christopher Russell, observed signs of intoxication.
 
Russell was administered the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, but refused to complete them. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Clifton Park where he provided a breath sample of .30% B.A.C.
 
Russell was issued an appearance ticket for Clifton Park Town Court answerable on January 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
