Troop A Commander

On July 6th, 2019, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Neal Parmenter, 29, of Randolph, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Aggravated Unlicensed 3rd Degree.

Paramenter was pulled over for speeding on Lebanon Road and while speaking to Parmenter, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle.  A search of the vehicle revealed a container with marijuana vegetation and a smoking device containing marijuana residue.  Parmenter’s driving record revealed an active suspension.  Parmenter was issued traffic tickets and an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Cold Spring Court later in the month.
