Traffic Stop leads to drug arrest

 

 

 

 

 

On December 29, 2022, around 12:13 p.m., a traffic stop was initiated by NYSP Troopers on County Route 6 in the town of Morristown.  During the stop, Shameika A. West. age 35, of Rochester, NY was found to be in possession of individual baggies of cocaine along with other drug paraphernalia, baggies and a scale.  West was arrested and transported to SP Ogdensburg for processing.  She was charged with CPCS 3rd- Intent to Sell (B Felony), 2 counts of Criminal Use Drug Paraphernalia 2nd (scale and baggies), AUO 3rd, and several V&T tickets. West was arraigned in the Town of Morristown Court and released in her own recognizances.
