On March 5, 2017, Troopers from the Cortlandt barracks were dispatched to a domestic dispute in Philipstown. Subsequent to an investigation conducted by Troopers from Cortlandt, it was discovered that Wooster met the victim at Walmart in Fishkill on March 3, 2017 in violation of an order of protection.
