PRESS RELEASE

On March 9th, 2017, the New York State Police arrested Michael Braxton, 31, of Dunkirk, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs. 

The Troopers responded to a report of an erratic driver on Route 60 in Gerry and observed the suspect vehicle pull into Country Fair.  Braxton displayed signs of being impaired and was arrested after failing multiple SFSTs.  Braxton was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a State Police Drug Recognition Expert.  Braxton was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Gerry Court and released.
