PRESS RELEASE

On March 10th, 2017, the New York State Police arrested David Chapman, 39, of Randolph, for Assault 3rd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The Troopers responded to an incident in Randolph where a third party reported two subjects involved in a physical altercation. Investigation revealed that Chapman had kicked the underage victim in the head, causing injury. Chapman was processed at SP Jamestown, issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Randolph Court and released.
