Avon Man Arrested in Geneseo for DWI

On 03/14/2017, State Police from SP Geneseo responded to a complaint of a possible intoxicated driver operating a pick-up truck on State Route 5, Town of Lima.  At around 11:04 p.m., the vehicle, a Ford F150 pick-up truck, was located on State Route 20A, Town of Geneseo, and a traffic stop was conducted for failure to use designated lane.  The operator was identified as Lawrence A. Temperato II, age 28, from the village of Avon.  Further investigation revealed that Temperato was intoxicated and he was taken into custody.  Temperato submitted to a breath test with a result of .16 BAC.  He was charged with misdemeanor DWI, Failure to Use Designated Lane, and Moving from Lane Unsafely.  He is scheduled to appear before the town of Geneseo Court on 04/19/2017 at 4:30 p.m.
