Two Plattsburgh men arrested in prostitution sting

On April 6, 2017, the New York State Police arrested two individuals in connection with an ongoing prostitution investigation.
 
These two defendants were charged with Patronizing a Prostitute 3rd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor.
 
Juan C. Suarez-Nose, 28, of Plattsburgh, was arraigned at the Plattsburgh Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. Jeffrey R. Plunkett, 50, of Plattsburgh, was released with an appearance ticket. Both are scheduled to reappear at the Plattsburgh Town Court on April 13, 2017, at 4 p.m.
 
The investigation into prostitution and human trafficking in the Plattsburgh area remains under investigation by the New York State Police and Clinton County District Attorney Andrew Wylie.
