The New York State Police is requesting public assistance with identifying an individual captured on surveillance photos above.
On January 19, 2018, at approximately 4:45pm, a 7-year-old boy accidently left his iPod on the counter at the Nice N Easy gas station on Route 80 in Tully, NY.  As the family returned to the store, the iPod was missing.  Surveillance video from inside the store revealed a white male wearing a long brown shirt, blue jeans and a black baseball cap entered the store and placed the iPod in his coat pocket.  He was last seen leaving the store operating a white Buick style sedan with black canvas roof.
If anyone recognizes the individual or the vehicle in the photos above, they are asked to contact State Police at (315) 366-6000.
