Cicero Man arrested on weapons charges following Road Rage Incident

The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) based in Lysander, NY arrested Rosario P. Morina, age 50, of Cicero, NY for Menacing 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th degree, both class “A” misdemeanors.
The arrest stems from an investigation of a road rage incident that occurred on January 23, 2018, at approximately 3 p.m., on Interstate 81 in the town of Salina, NY. Morina is accused of unlawfully displaying a firearm. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Salina Town Court for Wednesday, January 21, 2018.
