Norfolk man arrested for DWI

On February 4, 2018, at approximately 1:50 a.m., State Police conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 37, in the town of Massena on a 2000 Oldsmobile Alero, for failure to keep right and inadequate exhaust. The driver, 18-year-old Cameron J. Clark of Norfolk, was subsequently arrested for DWI. He refused to provide a breath sample for a preliminary breath test. He was found in possession of a marijuana smoking device containing trace amounts of marijuana. His blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.11%.
 
Clark was charged with DWI, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and further ticketed for failure to keep right, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and inadequate exhaust. He was released with tickets returnable to the Town of Massena Court.
