On January 31, 2018 at approximately 8:54 p.m., Troopers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a residence on Rufa Road in the town of Oswegatchie.
An investigation revealed that 44-year-old Bryan J. Lalonde damaged a vehicle belonging to the victim by punching the driver’s side rear window with his fist, causing the glass to break. In doing so, Lalonde violated an order of protection which was previously issued by the Town of Oswegatchie Court and is valid until June 20, 2018.
Lalonde was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 1st
degree (E felony), and Criminal Mischief 4th
degree (A misdemeanor). He was arraigned in the Town of Oswegatchie Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility without bail. A stay away order of protection was issued.
