These arrests stem from a report of a burglary which occurred on January 24, 2018, at the American Killer Bees Muay Thai College, located in the St. Lawrence Centre Mall in Massena. While investigators were interviewing a subject at Smith’s address in the village of Massena, proceeds from the burglary were located.
