Falconer man arrested for DWI and drug possession

On February 25th, 2018, SP Jamestown Troopers arrested Nicholas Eggleston, 26, of Falconer, for Driving While Intoxicated and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

Eggleston was pulled over on County Route 380 in Jamestown for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Eggleston was placed under arrest, during which time a straw containing amphetamine residue was located in his possession. Eggleston was transported to SP Jamestown where he provided a breath sample of .10. Eggleston was then processed, issued tickets returnable to the town of Ellicott Court and released. Eggleston is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellicott Court next month to answer the charges.
